Silver hardware is standard. Please let us know if you want to change to gold. Name plates are not included but if required can be purchased separately here. If you would prefer a smaller board, you can request this in the comments. Or an upgrade to a larger size board than what your order has qualified for is possible by paying the price difference between the two sizes. Please contact our Customer Service Team to request this. You may choose portrait or landscape orientation. If you have any other specific print colour or layout requests, please let us know and our Design Team will work with you to create your honour board.
Our standard production time is 5 business days, however if you need it sooner we offer the following Fast Track production options:
Delivery time to your postcode is estimated by AusPost Express and is added to the production time to determine your estimated delivery date
The AusPost Express delivery fee is $9.90 nationwide
Note: Production times are longer for some highly customisable products such as honour boards, personalised ribbons & custom ribbons (all 2 weeks production), custom medals, coins & lapel pins (all 6 weeks production). If a product does have a longer production time than standard, it will be detailed on the product page

What does this mean? When you choose 'Guaranteed On-Time Delivery', your order will be given HIGH PRIORITY status. We will deliver your order on or before your chosen delivery date, or we will refund the subtotal order value. It provides peace of mind that your awards will arrive when you need them.

What is covered by Freight Protection? Any loss or damage to your order that occurs during transportation.
Is late delivery covered by Freight Protection? Delivery after the estimated delivery date is not covered by Freight Protection. Delivery timeframes are estimated by AusPost and based on the Express Post network guidelines.
Muliple delivery locations for a single order attract a $5 freight protection fee per additional location.
We offer 3 different pick-up dates because we can fast track the production of your order by up to 2 days:
Standard 5-day production Guaranteed completion in 5 business days or less.
Fast track 4-day production Guaranteed completion in 4 business days or less. A rush fee applies.
Fast track 3-day production Guaranteed completion in 3 business days or less. A rush fee applies. Only available if ordered before midday AEST.
What is a Handling Fee and what does it cover? At AwardsandTrophies.com.au, every order is procured, designed, proofed, engraved, assembled and despatched in-house by our talented team. To ensure we can maintain our highest quality standards, a small handling fee is added onto small orders. This is an additional fee to delivery.
How much are Handling Fees? FREE for orders over $30 $6.00 for orders $20 - $30 $10.00 for orders under $20 The Handling Fee is charged once per order, not to each individual product in an order.
Why do you charge a Handling Fee? We treat EVERY SINGLE ORDER we receive with the same level of creativity and care regardless of its size or value. Rather than impose minimum order levels, we apply a small handling fee on orders under $30 to ensure we can viably deliver the exceptional customer service and product quality we pride ourselves on and are renowned for.
