Meet Ken, our quiet achiever in Receivals (the Receiver Achiever). Ken's the guy responsible for keeping our warehouse running like clockwork and making sure our production team gets everything they need on time. Ken, formerly a Samurai, wears rubber soled shoes so he can move stealthily around the warehouse in search of hiding Ronin (and the occasional salesperson crossing demarcation lines).
Like all good Samurai, Ken loves his Mum's cooking. Every day she makes him '1000 year old eggs', a wonderful Chinese delicacy of boiled eggs marinated in horse's urine. When not working, Ken can be found with a badminton racquet in one hand and a glass of fine wine in the other; his Samurai skills preventing him from spilling a single drop.

Is late delivery covered by Freight Protection? Delivery after the estimated delivery date is not covered by Freight Protection. Delivery timeframes are estimated by AusPost and based on the Express Post network guidelines.

What is a Handling Fee and what does it cover? At AwardsandTrophies.com.au, every order is procured, designed, proofed, engraved, assembled and despatched in-house by our talented team. To ensure we can maintain our highest quality standards, a small handling fee is added onto small orders. This is an additional fee to delivery.
How much are Handling Fees? FREE for orders over $30 $6.00 for orders $20 - $30 $10.00 for orders under $20 The Handling Fee is charged once per order, not to each individual product in an order.
