Meet the lovely Masha, a product expert from our Customer Service Team. Masha's calming influence at work is good for all of us, and everyone loves her friendly and helpful manner. Her quiet demeanour belies her uncanny ability to get on well with everybody she comes into contact with.
When not at work Masha can be found outdoors. Her passion for sport and nature sees her pursuing just about any outdoor activity and her love of travel has taken her around the world. Originally hailing from Eastern Europe, Masha speaks several languages however struggles with some basic local Boganisms. She doesn't understand the concept of a shoey (neither does anyone except Daniel Ricciardo) and still has no idea smashed avo is for brekky on the weekend. Lucky we're here to help :-)

What is a Handling Fee and what does it cover? At AwardsandTrophies.com.au, every order is procured, designed, proofed, engraved, assembled and despatched in-house by our talented team.
