Introducing Sarah, an award-winning graphic designer at our trophy business (..she may have designed that award herself) and number one Zelda fanatic. If she's not busy creating award-winning designs, you can usually find her on a quest to save Hyrule.
But Sarah's no one-trick pony; in the rest of her spare time she can also be found snuggling up on the couch for a movie marathon or participating in a board game night where she smashes the competition... don't let her sweet demeanour fool you. If you ever challenge her to a game of Zelda - be prepared to lose (and to witness an embarassing victory dance). She insists that her skills come in handy when designing gaming trophies.
Sarah lovers her two cats, Whiskers & Mittens, and can be often found curled up with her feline fur babies. She is well practised at herding cats, which helps in this office. Sarah is also passionate about music; in fact it's no problem for her to stand in the tropical Brisbane rain for 3 hours while watching a Queen concert.

What is covered by Freight Protection? Any loss or damage to your order that occurs during transportation.
Is late delivery covered by Freight Protection? Delivery after the estimated delivery date is not covered by Freight Protection. Delivery timeframes are estimated by AusPost and based on the Express Post network guidelines.
Muliple delivery locations for a single order attract a $5 freight protection fee per additional location.

What is a Handling Fee and what does it cover? At AwardsandTrophies.com.au, every order is procured, designed, proofed, engraved, assembled and despatched in-house by our talented team. To ensure we can maintain our highest quality standards, a small handling fee is added onto small orders. This is an additional fee to delivery.
How much are Handling Fees? FREE for orders over $30 $6.00 for orders $20 - $30 $10.00 for orders under $20 The Handling Fee is charged once per order, not to each individual product in an order.
Why do you charge a Handling Fee? We treat EVERY SINGLE ORDER we receive with the same level of creativity and care regardless of its size or value.
