When not working Catherine is like a high-energy mixtape of all things fun and active. When she’s not perfecting her archery skills or sweating it out in Zumba, you might find her rocking out to her favourite tunes or strolling along the beach dreaming of her next Disney adventure - Mickey Mouse is her number one man. Likes: Archery (yes, she’s basically a female Robin Hood), zumba (beware her spontaneous dance moves, someone could get hurt), walking on the beach (because no-one ever in the history of beaches disliked walking on the beach), Disney (Mickey Mouse is practically her spirit animal - check out her arm tattoo for proof), listening to music (she’s got a soundtrack for every Disney animation), and being busy (no rest for the wickedly delightful apparently).
Dislikes: Coffee (she enjoys the smell but hasn’t yet developed superpowers from caffeine like everyone else at the office), crappy drivers (because she believes there should be a “polite-drivers-only” lane), traffic (it’s a great time for existential crises), being super bored (she’s allergic to dull moments), and the cold (even though she was born in winter she’s more of a beach girl than an ice queen).

What is covered by Freight Protection? Any loss or damage to your order that occurs during transportation.
Is late delivery covered by Freight Protection? Delivery after the estimated delivery date is not covered by Freight Protection. Delivery timeframes are estimated by AusPost and based on the Express Post network guidelines.
Muliple delivery locations for a single order attract a $5 freight protection fee per additional location.

What is a Handling Fee and what does it cover? At AwardsandTrophies.com.au, every order is procured, designed, proofed, engraved, assembled and despatched in-house by our talented team. To ensure we can maintain our highest quality standards, a small handling fee is added onto small orders. This is an additional fee to delivery.
How much are Handling Fees? FREE for orders over $30 $6.00 for orders $20 - $30 $10.00 for orders under $20 The Handling Fee is charged once per order, not to each individual product in an order.
Why do you charge a Handling Fee? We treat EVERY SINGLE ORDER we receive with the same level of creativity and care regardless of its size or value. Rather than impose minimum order levels, we apply a small handling fee on orders under $30 to ensure we can viably deliver the exceptional customer service and product quality we pride ourselves on and are renowned for.
